Yes. There is no minimum term — you can cancel your subscription at the end of any month.

A property is a building or economic unit under your management — regardless of how many residential units and tenants it contains.
›Are there setup costs?
No. No setup fee and no training costs — pricing starts at €9.90 per property per month (with volume discounts) and includes all features. Optional add-on services are only charged when you book them.
›What does the 24/7 on-call service cost?
The 24/7 on-call service can be booked per property for €19 per month. Our team then handles the entire process around the clock — receiving reports, commissioning and coordinating service providers, including nights and weekends.
